Best staff! From the minute you walk in, the concierge greets you so kindly. The staff is extremely attentive and very accommodating. If you’re staying here and have any questions. Sean, the concierge will take care of you and will truly go out of his way to help you find what you’re looking for in the city. We stayed here recently for an event and needed an after party location with very specific requests and he literally went running around half of midtown checking out venues and meeting with owners to secure a location for us. Truly grateful and will be looking to stay again if ever in midtown.

The staff here is amazing! They are genuinely helpful and always willing to assist with anything we needed. We grabbed water from the front desk every day, and our room was cleaned daily during our 5 day stay, which we really appreciated. The bar upstairs has amazing view. Our room itself was small, but that’s expected in NYC. We were on the 8th floor and didn’t have much of a view. The bathroom vanity also didn’t offer any counter space, so there wasn’t anywhere to set things down. The elevator situation is there are only two elevators for twenty floors, so it can get backed up. Especially if you’re trying to get somewhere at a specific time. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Macy’s, Bryant Park, and Times Square. Overall, our stay was pleasant, the staff was great and a convenient location.

I'm giving MVC New York a five-star review, not because it's an expansive MVC resort, because it isn't. It's a resort suited for life in New York City where property is at a premium. The rooms were on the smaller size...just like a hotel would be, with very little space for our clothes. However, we were only in our rooms to sleep so it was perfectly fine. The MVC staff were friendly and helpful, especially Matthew at the Concierge desk. He helped us plan some of our restaurants, helped with Subway info, and shared info about what MVC NYC has to offer its guests in lieu of spacious rooms. The daily FREE tours of the city are a big draw. You can choose from morning or afternoon trips. We tipped our guide, though he wasn't expecting it. MVC NYC also offers free entertainment and wine in the afternoons. And some local food is brought in for snacks. Location was perfect. We were a couple blocks south and north of either the 42nd Street or Herald Square Subway lines which took us just about anywhere. And there are local dining options within a block or two. Should we head to NYC again, we will definitely be back to MVC NYC.

It does not make sense that an owners hotel does not have 24/7 coffee and tea available in lobby. Yet they offer a free candy bar every weekday afternoon? Otherwise, beds comfortable, staff friendly, good security, great location. The bathroom vanity was nonexistent. Only two small clothes drawers.

We just stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend and were very happy with the whole experience! We arrived with no plans other than taking as many of the free walking tours as we could provided by MVC and were so happy they had one each day of our stay! Highly recommend the 2 hour tours which are at 09:15 or 10:45. we had hoped they offered some in the afternoon as well so we could have done more! Our tour guide Hector was awesome; he is so friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! The way he explained everything and with photos made everything even more memorable. Also love the wine and cheese offered one afternoon, if only that was everyday :) We will be back for sure, hopefully soon!

We had Mo as our host and I have to say he is hands down the best host I’ve ever had. We travel quite frequently and stayed in other hotels in the city like Sofitel, Westin, Marquis and Mo is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Not only is he welcoming and ready to help, he goes above and beyond and makes sure you have the best experience and have every need satisfied. Thank you and we will 100% be looking forward to returning to Marriot Vacation Club Pulse NYC

I can't say it enough good things about this place. The highest remarks have to go to the staff. I've never been to a hotel where the staff is so friendly and tentative to my needs. The views are amazing, and its a 8 minute walk to the subway. Great food options within 15 min walk.
